Buttermilk Bread



1¼ cup buttermilk
2 T butter, cut into small pieces
¼ teaspoon salt
2 T sugar
1 T wheat germ
2⅔ cup bread flour
⅓ cup semolina flour
1 teaspoon bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine as directed.

Set at white or regular setting (for light crust). Check for dough consistency after 5 minutes.

Makes one 2-pound loaf
