Ingredients:
8 ounces 70% dark chocolate
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 T light corn syrup
3 T unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Assorted fruits and pound cake, cut up into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare:
Place ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve warm in a fondue pot with the fruits and cake.
Serves 4 to 6
