Marsala Ice Cream
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
½ cup Marsala wine, or to taste
Mix the wine into the softened ice cream, or add to the end of the mixing procedure of your own ice cream recipe.
Refreeze.
Makes 1 quart.
