Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce
3 teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup (4 fluid ounces) light soy sauce
2 T Thai sweet chili sauce
Combine ginger, soy sauce and chili sauce and mix well.
Makes 2/3 cup or 5 fluid ounces
