Bread Machine Focaccia

Ingredients for dough:
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 T olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 teaspoon basil -- or rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon yeast

Ingredients for topping:
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 T olive oil
2 teaspoons basil -- or rosemary
1 teaspoon sea salt -- optional

Put ingredients in the bread machine and put on the dough cycle.

Remove dough from machine and press the dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet with your fingers.

Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.

Spread topping over dough and bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
