TF's Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 T chopped capers
10 T chopped cornichons
2 T finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/2 lemon, juiced
dash hot sauce
1 T extra virgin olive oil

Preparing the tartar sauce:
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill before serving to let the flavors marry.
