Ramos Fizz

juice of half a lemon
1 egg white
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 ounces gin
1 T light cream
1/2 teaspoon triple sec

Preparing the cocktail:
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir.

Serves 1
