Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

4 T or 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 T honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon Maldon or kosher salt, or 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparing the dresssing:
Combine all ingredients and whisk.

Pour this dressing over bitter leaves such as chicory or radicchio.
