My Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

pizza dough
teriyaki marinaded grilled beef, thinly sliced and chopped
caramelized onions
provolone cheese, sliced
parmesan-reggiano cheese, grated

Preparing the pizza:
Place a pizza stone on the grill and preheat the grill to about 500 degrees F.

Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a cornmeal sprinkled pizza peel.

Spread caramelized onions over the top. Spread the beef out over the top. Spread the slices of provolone and sprinkle the parmesan-reggiano over the top.

Place a smoking box with apple-wood chips on the grill and when it starts to smoke, place the pizza on the pizza stone. Close the top of the grill and check in about 5 to 8 minutes. Rotate the pizza and continue to grill another 5 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the pizza is lightly browned.
